Abnormal vibrations are observed in the horizontal type generator units in Shaiguping Hydropower Station. With the introduction of the unit structure , reasons of these vibrations are analyzed.Treatment measures are then pro-posed and taken according to different cases.With these measures , the fault has been successfully eliminated.
