根据水电站坝址区地形地质条件,采用混凝土重力坝坝后厂房方案与混凝土重力坝地下厂房方案在技术上均是可行的,坝后厂房方案较地下厂房方案在投资上有优势,但发电工期长,采用计算总费用现值和出厂电价的方法进行两方案的经济比较,能够充分反应资金投入差异、发电工期差异带来的电量及出厂电价的差异,是更全面、更科学的比较方法,最终选择混凝土重力坝坝后厂房方案为推荐方案.

In the construction of a dam-type hydraulic station , two powerhouse schemes , i.e. the powerhouse at the dam toe and the underground powerhouse , are technically acceptable considering the topographic and geological condi-tions.A comparison is then carried out on these two schemes.It shows that the scheme of powerhouse at the dam toe is of certain advantage in the cost , but of disadvantage in the construction period.It also shows that the economic compari-son using the current value of the total cost and the electricity net price is more comprehensive and scientific , as the differences in the investment , power generation due to different construction period , and the electricity net price are fully considered.Finally, the scheme of powerhouse at the dam toe is selected.
