以某企业自主开发的V型高速立式加工中心的立柱为研究对象，利用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench建立简化的立柱结构力学模型，并进行静力分析和模态分析，得到了立柱在标准工况下的变形分布和前6阶模态。通过分析立柱的薄弱环节，建立参数化模型，并以静刚度最大和低阶固有频率最高为目标函数进行优化。经优化设计后的立柱，静刚度提升了27.6％，低阶固有频率有效地提升，同时立柱质量略有降低，该立柱在实际测试中取得良好的结果。

Using ANSYS Workbench to analyze a column of V‐series high‐speed vertical machining center ,the simplified finite element model was established . Static analysis and modal analysis using to calculate the deformation under standard work condition and first six modal of the column ,based on the data from analysis ,parameter model was built ,and set highest static rigidity and largest low frequency as object to get the optimal dimensions .According to the results of optimization design ,static stiffness promote 27 .6% ,and low natural frequency notable increased ,while the quality has decreased ,this has been proved in manufacture .
