目的：探讨循证护理对有机磷中毒患者抢救成功率及负性情绪的影响。方法：将140例有机磷中毒患者随机分为对照组和观察组各70例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组给予循证护理；比较两组抢救成功率、负性情绪及临床疗效。结果：观察组抢救成功率显著高于对照组（P ﹤0.05），观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组（P ﹤0.05）；两组干预后焦虑和抑郁程度均较干预前减轻，且观察组干预后优于对照组（P ﹤0.05）；入院第7天观察组 IL -6、IL -10水平显著低于对照组（P ﹤0.05），且住院时间短于对照组（P ﹤0.05）。结论：循证护理能有效地缓解有机磷中毒患者的负性情绪，提高抢救成功率。

목적：탐토순증호리대유궤린중독환자창구성공솔급부성정서적영향。방법：장140례유궤린중독환자수궤분위대조조화관찰조각70례，대조조채용상규호리，관찰조급여순증호리；비교량조창구성공솔、부성정서급림상료효。결과：관찰조창구성공솔현저고우대조조（P ﹤0.05），관찰조병발증발생솔현저저우대조조（P ﹤0.05）；량조간예후초필화억욱정도균교간예전감경，차관찰조간예후우우대조조（P ﹤0.05）；입원제7천관찰조 IL -6、IL -10수평현저저우대조조（P ﹤0.05），차주원시간단우대조조（P ﹤0.05）。결론：순증호리능유효지완해유궤린중독환자적부성정서，제고창구성공솔。
Objective:To explore the effect of evidence - based nursing on the success rate of rescue and negative emotions of patients with organic phosphorus poisoning. Methods:140 patients with organic phosphorus poisoning were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group(70 cases in each group). The routine nursing care was taken in the control group and the evidence - based nursing was implemented in the observation group. The success rate of rescue,negative emotion of the patients and clinical effect were com-pared between the two groups. Results:The success rate of rescue was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group(P﹤ 0. 05);the incidence of complications was significantly lower in the observation group than the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05);the degree of anxiety and depression were significantly lower after the intervention compared with that before the intervention in the two groups and the improvement of the patients was better in the observation group than the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05);the level of IL - 6 and IL - 10 on the seventh day of admission were significantly lower in the observation group than that in the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05);the length of hospital stay was shorter in the observation group than the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:The evidence - based nursing can effectively alle-viate the negative emotions of patients with organic phosphorus poisoning and improve the success rate of rescue.
