经过化学机械法处理的杨木APMP高得率浆保留了大量的木质素,因此初始白度不高,并且白度稳定性差。过氧化氢是一种保留木质素型的温和漂白剂,对木质素的发色基团有一定的抑制作用。本文研究探讨了不同pH值、不同漂白时间、不同的H2O2添加方式、活化剂用量等因素对杨木A P M P纸浆漂白效果的综合影响。研究结果表明:分段加入H2O2漂剂,补充添加漂白剂都有利于提高纸浆的白度,提高漂白剂的漂白效率。

High yield pulp, after the treatment of chemi-mechanical pulping of poplar APMP retained with much lignin, so its initial whiteness is not high with a poor whiteness stability. Hydrogen peroxide, a mild bleaching agent with reservation of lignin, has an inhabiting effect to chromophoric group in lignin. In this article were researched the comprehensive effects of different pH value, bleaching time, H2O2 adding way and adding amount of activating agent on bleaching of poplar APMP. The results show that adding in subsection of H2O2 bleaching agent, adding in supplementary way of bleaching agents are beneifcial to improve the pulp whiteness and to improve the bleaching efifciency.
