在新媒体阅读时代，高校图书馆应更好地发挥自身的优势，培养和提高读者的信息素养。本文通过对广大在校学生进行抽样调查，分析出大学生信息素养的现状，阐述了新媒体阅读时代培养大学生信息素养的必要性及高校图书馆培养大学生信息素养的优势，提出高校图书馆培养和提高大学生信息素养的方法。

In the new media reading era, how could the university library better play its own advantage to culture and improve the reader's information literacy? In this paper, the current status of the university student information literacy is analyzed through a sampling survey among the general students; and the author makes a sound exposition of the need of cultivating college students' information literacy in the new media era and the advantage of the college library to cultivate college students' information literacy, and brings out the methods for the university library to develop and improve college students' information literacy.
