利用大麻秸秆等废弃物为主要原料制备纤维素类高分子保水剂。首先通过预处理提取纤维素,然后和丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酰胺(AM )、助剂等混合,以绿色低毒的丙三醇等作交联剂聚合反应制备高分子保水聚合物。实验中考察了不同原料等条件对保水剂保水性能的影响,得到了最优化的制备方案。与其他方法所制得的农用保水剂相比,本方法原料来源更为丰富,价格便宜,能够充分利用农作物秸秆等废弃物的价值,避免秸秆焚烧等处理带来的环境污染;使用低毒便宜的丙三醇为交联剂,保水剂成本进一步降低。

This paper reports the preparation adsorption properties of water retaining agents made from crop straws and other wastes .The celluloses were first extracted through the process of preprocessing ,then the celluloses were mixed with acrylic acid (AA) ,acrylamide (AM ) and additives ,adding glycerol as crosslinking agent to prepare polymer water retaining agent .In the experiments ,the effect of different crop materials and other conditions on the water adsorption ability of the water retaining agent were investigated .Compared with other water retaining agent ,our method have many advantages ,such as ,rich and cheap sources of crop materials ,cheap and low toxic glycerol crosslinking agent ,which could further reduce the cost of water retaining agent .
