合成了一种基于希夫碱型噻二唑(A )的氟离子比色探讨,通过紫外吸收光谱方法研究了其与阴离子的相互作用,实验显示,探针A对F-有高选择性的灵敏响应:乙腈溶液中F-引入,探针A吸收光谱发生显著红移,溶液的颜色由黄色变为红色;其它离子(Cl-、Br -、I-、H2 PO4-、HSO4-、CH3 CO2-、ClO4-)加入,探针A吸收光谱及溶液颜色几乎不变。结果表明,探针A对氟离子显示出高选择、高灵敏的识别性能。

A kind of thiadiazole derivative with Schiff‐base group (A) was designed and synthesized for the colorimetric recognition of fluoride anion .The interaction mechanism between A and anions was investigated via UV‐vis absorption spectrum .The result showed that the maximum absorption peak of probe A red shifted obviously in the presence of F- in acetonitrile ,with the solution colour changing from yellow to red .Other relevant anions ,i .e .Cl-、Br-、I-、H2 PO4-、HSO4-、CH3 CO2 -、ClO4-,made the spectrum and the colour of probe A negligible change .Probe A is a promising colorimetric sensor for F?recognition with high selectivity and excellent sensitivity .
