丙烯是重要的有机化工原料和石油化工中间体。近年来,受丙烯下游产业的拉动,国内外对丙烯的需求持续增长。丙烷直接脱氢技术是只以丙烷为原料生产丙烯的工艺,具有收率高、技术成熟、投资成本低的特点,受到广泛重视。综述了针对丙烷直接脱氢技术的Pt系催化剂的作用机理、制备方法、动力学及失活行为,初步讨论了新型纳米碳材料催化剂在该技术中的应用研究,总结了目前催化剂研究中存在的一些问题,并提出了相应的改进方法。

Propylene is one of the most important chemicals used as feedstock for a variety of polymers and intermediates in organic chemical and petrochemical industry .Lately ,powered by the dow nstream part of the propylene business ,the demand of propylene keeps increasing at home and abroad .There is a technology of propane dehydrogenation with propane as the only raw material to produce the single product of propylene ,by which of technological maturity the high yield was obtained ,while the investment costs was low .The mechanisms ,preparation methods ,dynamics and deactivation about the Pt catalysts were reviewed ,and the application of nano‐carbons in the propane dehydrogenation was discussed .At last ,some key problems to be solved were summarized and corresponding suggestions for improvement were proposed .
