采用热重分析仪研究了油酸甲酯和硬脂酸甲酯的热解特性,获得了油酸甲酯在不同升温速率(10、15、20、30℃/min-1)下的TG‐DTG、DSC曲线,并通过热分析数学方法获得热解动力学拟合参数。结果表明,油酸甲酯的热解过程为简单的一步分解,相比硬脂酸甲酯具有较差的热安定性;提高升温速率,热解区间往高温区移动,热解活化能和指前因子具有较好的补偿效应;油酸甲酯在不同升温速率下具有不同的热解反应机理函数。

채용열중분석의연구료유산갑지화경지산갑지적열해특성,획득료유산갑지재불동승온속솔(10、15、20、30℃/min-1)하적TG‐DTG、DSC곡선,병통과열분석수학방법획득열해동역학의합삼수。결과표명,유산갑지적열해과정위간단적일보분해,상비경지산갑지구유교차적열안정성;제고승온속솔,열해구간왕고온구이동,열해활화능화지전인자구유교호적보상효응;유산갑지재불동승온속솔하구유불동적열해반응궤리함수。
Pyrolysis characteristics of methyl oleate and methyl stearate were conducted in thermo‐gravimetric analyzer to obtain their TG‐DTG and DSC curves at different hating rates(10 ,15 ,20 , 30℃/min-1 ) .Pyrolysis kinetic fitting parameters were gained by thermal analysis mathematical methodology . The results showed that pyrolysis of methyl oleate was a simple one‐step decomposition ,which had a relatively worse stability of pyrolysis ,compared with methyl stearate . The main pyrolysis region of methyl oleate shifted to the higher temperature ,when hating rate was raised .Moreover , the pyrolysis activation energy and pre‐exponential factor presented a good compensation effect , which also indicated that the pyrolysis reaction mechanism function was different at different heating rates .
