目的 对栝楼桂枝汤治疗脑卒中后下肢痉挛患者的临床疗效进行观察研究.方法 抽取2013年2月至2014年2月本院接诊的96例脑卒中后下肢痉挛症患者为研究对象,按照随机将其分为观察组与对照组,每组48例.对照组患者予以常规治疗与康复训练,观察组患者在此基础上予以栝楼桂枝汤治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后Barthel评分、肢体运动功能Fugl-Meyer评分.结果 治疗后观察组Barthel评分(62.8±13.6)分、Fugl-Meyer评分(68.9±12.3)分高于对照组(51.4±8.2)分,(59.7±6.2)分,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 栝楼桂枝汤治疗脑卒中后下肢痉挛患者,可有效提高其日常生活的活动能力,对康复训练起到易化作用,疗效确切,具有非常积极的临床应用价值.

Objective Trichosanthes kirilowii cassia twig decoction treatment of lower limb spasm after cerebral apoplexy patients with the clinical efficacy of observational studies.Methods Extraction in February 2013 to February 2014 in our hospital departments of 96 cases of lower limb spasm after cerebral apoplexy patients as the research object, according to the method of COINS will be divided into the observation group and control group, each group 48 cases and control group routine treatment and rehabilitation training, on the basis of the observation group patients give trichosanthes kirilowii cassia twig decoction, observe two groups before and after treatment in patients with Barthel Fugl-Meyer rating score, body movement function.Results Observation group after treatment Barthel score (62.8±13.6), Fugl-Meyer score (68.9±12.3) points higher than the control group (51.4±8.2), (59.7±6.2) points, compare the differences between groups with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Trichosanthes kirilowii cassia twig decoction treatment of lower limb spasm after cerebral apoplexy patients, can effectively improve the ability of daily life activities, have facilitation effect of rehabilitation training, curative effect, have very positive clinical application value.
