工序分工是以产品的优化生产为联结点的新型国际分工体系,它突破了以往的国际生产分工格局,在世界范围内实现了生产分散化与市场一体化的有机统一,但客观上却造成了贸易利益主体多元化和复杂化,东道国不能完全甚至极少获得贸易利益,利益分配变得扑朔迷离.文章探讨了工序分工条件下中美贸易利益分配取决于两国技术水平的差异、利益分配呈现出不对称性,中国贸易利益发生漏损.因此,加强自主科技研发能力,改变中国目前不利的国际分工地位,尽快地向价值链附加值中、高端环节攀升,是避免我国国际贸易利益流失的关键所在.

The process division of labor is a new type of international labor division system which is connected by Product optimization. It broke through the previous international division of production and the industrial organiza-tion pattern,and realize the unity of global market integration and production fragmentation,but caused the trade interests of diversification and complication,the host country can not completely even have little interest in interna-tional trade,the distribution of benefits has become complicated and confusing. This paper discusses that the Si-no—US trade interest distribution is determined by differences in technique level between the two countries,and the interest distribution shows asymmetry ,trade interests leakages in China. Therefore,it is the key to avoid the loss of the interests of our country's international trade that to strengthen the independent scientific and technological research and development capabilities,and change China 's current adverse international division of labor status, creep up to the high-end value chain.
