The air emergency support ability relatively lags behind. And an air delivery standardization system still lacks. It is suggested that a martial and local integration air emergency rescue system is to be built, air delivery equipment buiding is to be strengthened, the construction of basic infrastructure of qirports should be accelerated, and a scintific and easily applicable standard system for air military transportation and emergency delivery should be established.
