教育教学质量评价是衡量高职院校人才培养质量的重要策略。文章以天津轻工职业技术学院后示范建设为基础,将现代教育质量观的理论运用到高职院校教育教学中,深入分析了其特色的教育教学质量评价体系。随后,以天津轻工职业技术学院重点建设专业为案例,以人才培养状态数据采集平台及麦可斯社会需求与培养质量第三方评价为依据,对师资队伍、课程建设、校内外实训基地、学生获奖、毕业生评价反馈数据信息等方面进行采集、统计及分析。研究结果显示,后示范建设中,学院通过健全和完善教育教学质量评价体系,重点专业的教育教学质量显著提高,同时也带动了一般专业快速发展。对高职院校开展能保障其教育教学质量的评价活动提供了重要手段,对高职教育持续科学发展提供了经验见解,具有重要的现实意义。

Assessment on the quality of education and teaching is an important strategy to measure the quality of talent cultivation in higher vocation schools .Based on the post -demonstration construc‐tion in Tianjin Light Industry Vocation Technical Institute , this paper utilizes the theory of ideas of modern education quality into education and teaching in higher vocational schools and gives a deep anal‐ysis on its distinctive system of assessment on the quality of education and teaching .Then ,taking the construction of key majors in Tianjin Light Industry Vocation Technical Institute as an example ,and on the basis of the data collection platform of talent cultivation status ,the MyCOS social needs and third -party assessment on cultivation quality ,this paper collects data and makes statistical analysis from the aspects of teaching staff ,curricula construction ,training bases inside and outside schools ,students’ a‐wards ,evaluation and feedback from graduates .The research results indicate that ,during the post -demonstration construction ,the key majors’ quality of education and teaching is significantly improved and the other majors are also developed rapidly together ,after schools improve and perfect the system of assessment on the quality of education and teaching .This paper provides important ways for higher vo‐cational schools to carry out the activities of assessing the quality of education and teaching ,and also provides experience and insights for the sustainable and scientific development of higher vocational edu‐cation .It is of great practical significance .
