目的 探讨网络环境下医学影像学启发式实践教学模式及其教学实效. 方法 以进入影像科接受实践教学轮训的临床研究生及培训医师共70人为研究对象,随机分配至对照组(38人)、实验组(32人),均在PACS网络环境下进行影像学实践教学,实验组再由课题组专人进行启发式教学培训. 通过理论考试、读片实践考试及教学前后的问卷调查,评估两组的实践教学效果. 利用Excel数据表格的统计功能进行数据处理,并用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计学分析,成绩对照分析采用t检验. 结果 实验组的考试成绩[理论、实践成绩分别为(59.87±13.79)分和(65.46 ±16.81)分]比对照组的考试成绩[理论、实践成绩分别为(47.26 ±13.43)分和(53.68 ± 14.96)分]好,差异具有统计学意义(t值分别为3.863 6、3.101 7,P值分别为0.000 3、0.002 8). 实验组对教学方式的认同度较对照组高,其在影像科参加实践教学的总体看法"很好"的占42.31%(11/26),对照组为23.08%(6/26);实验组表示能"熟练应用PACS"的占26.92%(7/26),对照组为7.69%(2/26).结论 PACS网络环境下的影像学启发式实践教学模式具有较好的教学效果,值得进一步研究.

Objective To explore the heuristic practice teaching mode and its effectiveness of medical imageology under network environment. Methods 70 clinical graduate students and physi-cians-in-training were assigned randomly to the control group or the experimental group, all of whom accepted practice teaching training under PACS and network environment;Meanwhile, the experimental group accepted heuristic teaching training as well. The effect evaluation of the practice teaching was made through theory test, practice test and questionnaire survey. Data processing was done by the sta-tistical function of Excel data tables, Software of SPSS 20.0 was used to make statistical analysis. The results were compared with t test. Results In the experimental group, the scores of the exam (theory and practice were 59.87 ±13.79 and 65.46 ±16.81, respectively) were better than the control group (47.26±13.43, 53.68±14.96), the difference was statistically significant (t=3.8636, 3.1017;P=0.0003, 0.0028). For their teaching mode, the recognition degree of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group . "Very good" opinion accounted for 42.31% (11/26) in the experimental group, and the control group was 23.08% (6/26). While "Skilled use of PACS" accounted for 26.92%(7/26) in the experimental group, the control group was 7.69% (2/26). Conclusion Under PACS and network environment, the heuristic practice teaching mode of medical imageology has a better teaching effect, which is worthy of popular-ization.
