目的 了解产科护士对护理纠纷的预见性及应急能力现状,以便针对性地加强护理人员的培训,为提高产科护士对护理纠纷预见性及应急能力而减少护理纠纷的发生提供参考依据.方法 采取目的性随机抽样方法,对菏泽市5家市级医院产科的300名护士应用护患纠纷预见性及应急能力的调查问卷进行测试.结果 产科护士护患纠纷预见性及应急能力平均得分为(157.59±41.39)分,处于中等偏下水平,量表的3个维度中,即纠纷防范知识得分最高,纠纷后管理能力得分次之,纠纷预见性及应急处理能力得分最低.工作年限、职称、是否有处理纠纷经历,是否参加纠纷防范和应急培训及演练,是影响纠纷预见性及应急能力的重要因素.结论 产科护士对护患纠纷的防范积极性较高,但护患纠纷预见性及应急能力处于中等偏下水平,为减少护患纠纷的发生,需加强产科护士对纠纷预见性和应急培训及演练.

Objective To understand the obstetric nurses'predictability to a possible nursing dispute and their current emergency ability at obstetric department, and provide reference for training in enhancing their abilities to predict and reduce the disputes. Methods A randomly sampling method was conducted, providing a questionnaire to 300 nurses in 5 municipal hospitals in Heze, The questionnaire was designed to test the nurses'predictability and emergency ability to handle the nurse-patient disputes. Results The score of the obstetric nurses'nurse-patient disputes predictability and emergency ability reflected on the test was 157.59 ± 41.39, below average. In the three-dimension scale, the scores demonstrated high on prevention knowledge, followed by management after dispute, and dispute predictability and emergency ability. The factors that affect the predictability and emergency ability include working years, job title, experience in handling disputes, training and exercises of disputes prevention and emergency. Conclusion Even though the obstetric nurses are highly alert to prevention of nurse-patient disputes, they revealed low in predictability and emergency ability. Strengthening the dispute foresight and emergency training become imperative to reduce occurrence of nurse-patient disputes.
