虽然顶岗实习是我国高职院校当前普遍采用的一种人才培养方式,但该模式在具体实施和管理过程中依然存在诸多问题。本文借鉴目标管理理论,在对某高职院校进行调查研究的基础上,探讨了顶岗实习管理存在诸多问题,如实习目标不明确、实习安排不合理、实习管理不科学和考评机制不完善等。
雖然頂崗實習是我國高職院校噹前普遍採用的一種人纔培養方式,但該模式在具體實施和管理過程中依然存在諸多問題。本文藉鑒目標管理理論,在對某高職院校進行調查研究的基礎上,探討瞭頂崗實習管理存在諸多問題,如實習目標不明確、實習安排不閤理、實習管理不科學和攷評機製不完善等。

Work placement has been generally accepted by institutions of higher vocational education in China as a perfect way to improve student's professional ability. However, there still exist many problems in terms of the implementation and management of this mode. This paper investigated the situation of student work placement in institutions of higher vocational education through a questionnaire and found out that the following problems exist:unclear placement targets, improper schedules, inappropriate management and unsound assessment mechanisms.
