高职院校教学督导工作是保证教学质量的重要保证，建立健全督导委员会负责制的教学督导体系，从制度上、队伍建设上、机制上保证教学督导的工作体系；从民主评教、“三课”建设、实考课程、期末考试着手创新教学督导环节，深化高职教学督导的内涵发展。
