提出了一种工作在X波段的宽带慢波延迟线设计方法,介绍了慢波延迟线的基本概念,利用电磁仿真软件优化枝节的长度、间距、线宽及弯角的布局,实现小型化结构,提高宽带性能. 仿真分析和实验结果表明:对比传统走线形式,最终获得蛇形慢波延迟线的延时效率达到200%,端口反射系数<-25 dB,带内相位线性度<8°.

A design of broadband slow-wave delay line performed in X-band is presented .Basic concepts of the slow-wave delay line are introduced .The layout of the branch length , branch spacing distance , branch width and bend shape are optimized by using electromagnetic simulate software .Miniaturization structure is realized and broadband performance is enhanced .Simulation and ex-perimentation prove that meander line can achieve high delay efficiency up to 200%, low port reflect coefficient less than -25 dB and phase linearity in band less than 8°, in contrast to conventional trace forms .
