通过对脂联素与急性呼吸窘迫综合征（ARDS）相关文献的复习，探索脂联素（APN）在急性呼吸窘迫综合征中的作用及两者间相互关系，结果发现，脂联素可通过多种机制减轻炎症反应，从而改善病情，且动态监测脂联素水平有助于评估疾病严重程度及预后。

By reviewing pertinent literature which are related to adiponectin and acuterespiratory distress syndrometo explore the the role of adiponectin andthe relationship between them .Adiponectin can reduce inflammation through a variety of mechanisms to improve the condition , and dynamic monitoring adiponectin can help assessing severity and prognosis of acute respiratory distress syndrome ( ARDS) .
