目的：探讨中西医结合治疗心血管病伴发精神障碍的临床效果。方法选取我院2012年12月—2014年12月122例心血管病伴发精神障碍患者，根据治疗方法不同将患者分为治疗组和对照组，各61例。对照组采用盐酸氟西汀胶囊和盐酸阿米替林片进行治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上加入中医辨证方法治疗。治疗2个月后观察两组治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率(98.4%)明显高于对照组(80.3%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗组治疗后的心功能Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级恢复情况明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗组治疗后的心功能Ⅲ级(0例)明显低于对照组(16例)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对心血管病伴发精神障碍患者进行中西医结合治疗可以改善患者的症状，提高生活质量。
목적：탐토중서의결합치료심혈관병반발정신장애적림상효과。방법선취아원2012년12월—2014년12월122례심혈관병반발정신장애환자，근거치료방법불동장환자분위치료조화대조조，각61례。대조조채용염산불서정효낭화염산아미체림편진행치료，치료조재대조조적기출상가입중의변증방법치료。치료2개월후관찰량조치료효과。결과치료조총유효솔(98.4%)명현고우대조조(80.3%)，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；치료조치료후적심공능Ⅰ급화Ⅱ급회복정황명현우우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；치료조치료후적심공능Ⅲ급(0례)명현저우대조조(16례)，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론대심혈관병반발정신장애환자진행중서의결합치료가이개선환자적증상，제고생활질량。
Objective To observe the effect of integrative medicine in the treatment of cardiovascular disease comorbid mental disor-ders.Methods Selected from December 2012 to December 2014,122 patients with cardiovascular disease comorbid mental disorders were divided into two groups:The control group(n=61)treated with fluoxetine hydrochloride capsules and amitriptyline hydrochlo-ride,and the treatment group(n=61)treated with traditional Chinese medicine dialectical method in the basis of routine treatment for 2 months.The therapeutic effects were observed.Results The total clinical effective rate was 98.4% in treatment group,which was significantly higher than that in control group(80.3%,P<0.05).The cardiac function recovery of level I and Ⅱ in treatment group was obviously better than that in control group(P<0.05).The cardiac function level Ⅲ in treatment group(0 case)was significantly lower than that in control group(16 case,P<0.05).Conclusion Integrative medicine can improve the symptoms and quality of life in patients with cardiovascular disease comorbid mental disorders.
