目的：探析分泌性中耳炎患者的临床治疗效果。方法选择2012年8月～2014年8月期间我院门诊治疗的131例分泌性中耳炎患者为研究对象，对其临床治疗资料进行回顾性分析。结果所有患者均顺利完成资料，随访6个月～2年，131例患者中，100例痊愈，占76.34%，22例有效，占16.79%，9例无效，占6.87%，治疗总有效率为93.13%，并且治疗期间，无1例患者出现化脓性中耳炎等严重并发症。结论临床上运用鼓膜穿刺抽液和药物灌洗对分泌性中耳炎患者进行联合治疗，具有治愈率高、并发症少等优点，可以明显改善患者预后生活质量。
목적：탐석분비성중이염환자적림상치료효과。방법선택2012년8월～2014년8월기간아원문진치료적131례분비성중이염환자위연구대상，대기림상치료자료진행회고성분석。결과소유환자균순리완성자료，수방6개월～2년，131례환자중，100례전유，점76.34%，22례유효，점16.79%，9례무효，점6.87%，치료총유효솔위93.13%，병차치료기간，무1례환자출현화농성중이염등엄중병발증。결론림상상운용고막천자추액화약물관세대분비성중이염환자진행연합치료，구유치유솔고、병발증소등우점，가이명현개선환자예후생활질량。
Objective To analysis the clinical treatment effect of secretory otitis media patients.Methods From August 2012 to August 2014, 131 cases of our hospital during the period of secretory otitis media patients as the research object, the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. ResultsAll patients were successfully completed materials, and were followed up for 6 months to 2 years, 131 patients, 100 cases recovered, accounted for 76.34%, 22 cases effective, accounted for 16.79%, 9 cases ineffective, accounted for 6.87%, total effective rate was 93.13%, and during the treatment, no 1 case of patients with suppurative otitis media and other serious complications. Conclusion The clinical use of tympanic membrane puncture pumping lfuid and drug lavage for combination therapy in patients with secretory otitis media, has the advantages of high cure rate, fewer complications, can signiifcantly improve the prognosis of patients quality of life.
