目的：对降钙素原在成人呼吸机相关性肺炎的诊治效果进行分析。方法给予呼吸机相关性肺炎患者治疗干预，记录患者的治疗效果并分析降钙素原与病情发展的关联性。结果研究组降钙素原含量比对比组的高，两组数据对比差异明显（P＜0.05）。同时降钙素原的变化与患者病情发展程度呈正相关性。结论在对呼吸机相关性肺炎患者进行诊断的过程中，实时监测患者血清降钙素原含量的变化，可以有效提高诊断的准确率，为后期的治疗提供参考。

Objective To analyze the diagnosis and treatment of the patients with ventilator associated pneumonia in adults.Methods The treatment of patients with ventilator associated pneumonia, recorded the effect of the treatment and analysis of the relevance of the development of the disease. ResultsThe content of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was signiifcant (P<0.05). At the same time, the changes of calcitonin and the degree of disease development were positively correlated.Conclusion In the process of the diagnosis of ventilator associated pneumonia, real-time monitoring of the changes in serum levels of the serum levels of the patients can effectively improve the accuracy of diagnosis, and provide a reference for the treatment of the latter.
