目的 观察单边外固定架可吸收螺钉治疗不稳定四肢骨折的效果.方法 随机选择该院2012年1月-2014年12月治疗的112例四肢不稳定骨折患者为研究对象,对照组和研究者具有可比性,对照组给予保守治疗,研究组给予单边外固定架可吸收螺钉治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果. 结果 对照组56例患者中,21例患者符合优秀标准,20例患者符合良好标准,15例患者符合差标准,优良率为73.21%;研究组56例患者中,36例患者符合优秀标准,19例患者符合良好标准,1例患者符合差标准,优良率为98.21%,两组患者疗效之间的差异有统计学意义(Zc=3.54,P<0.05),两组患者优良率之间的差异有统计学意义(χ2=14.29,P<0.01). 结论 采用单边外固定架可吸收螺钉治疗四肢不稳定骨折的疗效满意,复位确切,固定牢固,值得临床广泛推广应用.

Objective To observe the effect of unilateral external fixator and absorbable screws in the treatment of unstable limb fractures. Methods 112 cases with unstable limb fractures treated in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2014 were ran-domly selected as the subjects and divided into the control group and the study group. There was comparison between the control group and the study group. Patients in the control group were treated by expectant treatment, and those in the study group were treated by unilateral external fixator and absorbable screws. And the therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed. Results Of the 56 cases in the control group, the therapeutic effect was excellent in 21 cases, good in 20 cases, poor in 15 cases, the good and excellent rate was 73.21%. Of the 56 cases in the study group, the therapeutic effect was excellent in 36 cases, good in 19 cases, poor in 1 case, the good and excellent rate was 98.21%, the difference in the efficacy between the two groups was statisti-cally significant(Zc=3.54, P<0.05);the difference in the good and excellent rate between the two groups was statistically significant (χ2=14.29,P<0.01). Conclusion For unstable limb fractures, unilateral external fixator and absorbable screws have satisfactory ef-fect with good reduction and firm fixation, so they are worthy of extensive clinical application and promotion.
