目的:研究分析ICU病房感染使用血清降钙素原检测法诊断的应用价值。方法根据我院2011年2月~2013年12月的160例ICU重症患者来进行研究分析,共有感染患者89例,将其作为感染组,其余71例作为对照组。对两组患者采取血清降钙素原的检测分析,比较两组患者体内血清降钙素原和感染的关系。结果感染组89例患者有81例经过血清降钙素原检测显示阳性,阳性率是91%,对照组71例共有2例结果显示为阳性,阳性率2.8%。感染组患者比对照组的血清降钙素原检测阳性率高,存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论血清降钙素原检测在ICU重症患者的感染诊断中具有非常好的效果,阳性检出率高,ICU重症患者使用该种检测方式可进行积极治疗和预防感染。

목적:연구분석ICU병방감염사용혈청강개소원검측법진단적응용개치。방법근거아원2011년2월~2013년12월적160례ICU중증환자래진행연구분석,공유감염환자89례,장기작위감염조,기여71례작위대조조。대량조환자채취혈청강개소원적검측분석,비교량조환자체내혈청강개소원화감염적관계。결과감염조89례환자유81례경과혈청강개소원검측현시양성,양성솔시91%,대조조71례공유2례결과현시위양성,양성솔2.8%。감염조환자비대조조적혈청강개소원검측양성솔고,존재통계학차이(P<0.05)。결론혈청강개소원검측재ICU중증환자적감염진단중구유비상호적효과,양성검출솔고,ICU중증환자사용해충검측방식가진행적겁치료화예방감염。
ObjectiveTo study the application value of ICU in the diagnosis of infection in the patients with.Methods According to our hospital from February 2011 to December 2013, 160 cases of ICU patients with severe infection, a total of 89 patients with infection, as the infection group, and the remaining 71 cases as a control group. The serum level of the two groups were analyzed and compared with the two groups of patients. Results89 patients in the infection group had 81 cases. The positive rate was 91%, the positive rate was 71 in the control group and 2 in the control group. The positive rate was 2.8%. Compared with the control group, the positive rate of serum calcitonin was higher than that of the control group. The results were statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).Conclusion Serum level of ICU in patients with severe infection in the diagnosis of infection has a very good effect, high positive detection rate, so it should be given to patients with severe ICU use of the detection approach to active treatment and prevention of infection.
