考察高碱值磺酸钙原料、转化工艺的加料顺序和高碱值磺酸钙与转化基础油加料比、增黏剂加入量及加入方式对复合磺酸钙润滑脂性能的影响,分析复合磺酸钙转化机制、稠化机制。结果表明,高碱值磺酸钙是制备润滑脂的关键原料,不同的高碱值磺酸钙原料对复合磺酸钙润滑脂性能影响最显著;改变转化过程中的加料顺序和高碱值磺酸钙与转化基础油加料比都会影响碳酸钙晶型转化,进而影响稠度、胶体安定性等性能;高温炼制前加入增黏剂可以较好地减小分油,提高黏附性。
攷察高堿值磺痠鈣原料、轉化工藝的加料順序和高堿值磺痠鈣與轉化基礎油加料比、增黏劑加入量及加入方式對複閤磺痠鈣潤滑脂性能的影響,分析複閤磺痠鈣轉化機製、稠化機製。結果錶明,高堿值磺痠鈣是製備潤滑脂的關鍵原料,不同的高堿值磺痠鈣原料對複閤磺痠鈣潤滑脂性能影響最顯著;改變轉化過程中的加料順序和高堿值磺痠鈣與轉化基礎油加料比都會影響碳痠鈣晶型轉化,進而影響稠度、膠體安定性等性能;高溫煉製前加入增黏劑可以較好地減小分油,提高黏附性。

The influence on calcium sulfonate complex grease performance was studied through the sources of overbased calcium sulfonate, the material adding sequence and feeding ratio of overbased calcium sulfonate and base oils in the conversion process, the quantity and ways of adding of the tackifier. The mechanism of conversion and tackifying of calci?um sulfonate complex was analyzed.Result shows that the overbased calcium sulphonate is the key raw materials for prepar?ing calcium sulfonate complex greases, which has most significant effect on the grease lubrication performance. Changing the feeding sequence and adding ratio of overbased calcium sulfonate and conversion base oils in the conversion process will all affect the crystal structure transformation of calcium carbonate, thus influence the thickness and colloid stability. The oil separation can be decreased and the adhesion can be improved effectively by adding tackifier before high tempera?ture refining process.
