针对泌尿外科护理实习生临床带教工作中存在的问题,结合实习生的心理特点与专科护理带教要求,制订了一套具有针对性的带教计划。通过入科培训,帮助学生完成角色转换,尽快适应临床工作,根据学生性别、个性,在带教时做到系统化、专业化、个体化,最终实现带教质量同质化。

For urological surgical nursing problems of clinical teaching intern work, combined with the psychological characteristics of the interns and nurse teaching requirements, formulate a set of targeted teaching plan. Through the training, to help students complete the role transformation, as soon as possible to adapt to clinical work, according to the students' gender, personality, when teaching do systematic, professional and individualized, ifnally realizes the teaching quality homogeneity.
