目的:探讨循证医学在肿瘤科教学中的应用价值。方法选取38名肿瘤科实习生随机分为循证组和常规组,均为19名,循证组采取基于循证医学的教学模式,常规组则采取传统教学模式,教学结束后通过肿瘤科相关理论知识测试、临床实践技能的考核、问卷调查评价教学效果。结果通过分析表明,循证组实习学生的肿瘤科理论知识和临床技能掌握情况均优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);问卷调查显示,循证组学生对激发学习兴趣、理论结合实践能力、提高学生自我学习能力和医患沟通能力具有很好等方面正面影响均优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肿瘤科实习教学中,采取循证医学教学模式可有效调动实习学生的临床思维的主动性和积极性,促进他们建立科学的循证医学观念,培养和提高学生的循证临床实践能力。

Objective To explore the application value of evidence-based medicine in the teaching of oncology.Methods 38 tumor patients were randomly divided into 19 groups. The patients were treated with evidence-based medicine. The routine group was treated with the traditional teaching mode, and the teaching effect was evaluated by the relevant theoretical knowledge, clinical practice skills and clinical practice.Results The analysis showed that the knowledge and clinical skills of the students in the evidence-based group were better than those in the conventional group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The questionnaire survey showed that the students in the evidence-based group had better effects than the conventional group in terms of stimulating learning interest, combining practical ability, improving students' ability of self learning and communication ability, and the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).Conclusion In the practice teaching of oncology department, taking the teaching mode of evidence-based medicine can effectively mobilize the students' clinical thinking initiative and enthusiasm, and promote them to establish a scientiifc concept of evidence-based medicine, to cultivate and improve students' clinical practice ability, which has important practical signiifcance.
