针对某型产品验收试验的高温密封问题(介质最高温度为300℃),在原有试验设备的基础上,设计一种新型耐高温密封装置,该装置主要由固定座、上下压紧螺盖和密封圈组组成,其中,关键零件密封圈材料选用一种可耐320℃高温的特种改性聚四氟乙烯材料。经实践检验,证明设计的密封装置起到良好的高温密封效果。

Aimed at the problem of high temperature sealing for a certain type of product acceptance test ( medium max?imum temperature of 300 ℃) , a new type of high?temperature sealing device was designed based on the original test equipment. The device was mainly composed of mounts,up/down clamping screw cap and sealing ring.The sealing ring was the key part,which was made of a new special modified PTFE material that can withstand a temperature of 320 ℃. The designed high temperature sealing device was proved to have a good high?temperature sealing effect by practice test.
