以黏度和介电常数作为工程机械液压油性能监测对象,建立基于FPS流体性能传感器的液压油流体性能在线监测系统,考察温度及压力对传感器黏度和介电常数测试结果的影响,分析水分含量及油液老化对油液介电常数的影响。设计工程机械液压油静态在线监测系统,对实车液压系统油液进行监测,所测结果与取样测试结果一致。

By taking the dielectric constant and viscosity as objects of performance monitoring of the hydraulic oils in engineering machinery, the on?line monitoring system of fluid performance of hydraulic oils based on FPS fluid properties sensor was established. The influence of temperature and pressure on the testing results of sensor such as the dielectric constant and viscosity was investigated,and the influence of water content and aging of oils on the dielectric constant of oils was analyzed. The static online monitoring system of engineering machinery hydraulic oils was designed to provide monito?ring of the oil in the hydraulic system of the actual vehicle. The monitored results are accorded with that of the laboratory sampling testing.
