目的：观察基于玄府理论辨证治疗急性缺血性中风病的疗效。方法将120例急性脑梗死患者随机分为2组，对照组60例采用西医规范化治疗，治疗组60例在西医治疗基础上加中医辨证分型治疗，疗程均为（28±3）d。结果治疗组总有效率93.3%，高于对照组的73.3%（P＜0.01），治疗组治疗后神经功能缺损程度评分、残疾程度改善均优于对照组（P＜0.05），低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论玄府辨证治疗急性缺血性中风病疗效显著。
목적：관찰기우현부이론변증치료급성결혈성중풍병적료효。방법장120례급성뇌경사환자수궤분위2조，대조조60례채용서의규범화치료，치료조60례재서의치료기출상가중의변증분형치료，료정균위（28±3）d。결과치료조총유효솔93.3%，고우대조조적73.3%（P＜0.01），치료조치료후신경공능결손정도평분、잔질정도개선균우우대조조（P＜0.05），저밀도지단백담고순수평저우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론현부변증치료급성결혈성중풍병료효현저。
Objective To observe the effect of XuanFu Syndrome Differentiation treating Acute Ischemic Stroke. Methods120 cases with acute cerebral infraction were randomly divided into 2 groups. 60 cases in control group were given western medicine treatment while 60 cases in treatment group on the basis of western medicine were given XuanFu Syndrome Differentiation Treatment for (28±3) days.Results Total effective rate in treatment group was 93.3%, which was obviously higher than 73.3% in control group (P<0.01), neurologic impairment score (NIHSS)integration, disability (mRS) in treatment group were signiifcantly improved. Compared with control group, there were signiifcant statistical differences (P<0.05). LDC-C after treatment were decreased, Compared with control group, there were statistically signiifcant differences (P<0.05). ConclusionXuanFu Syndrome Differentiation Treatment is effective in treating Acute Ischemic Stroke.
