目的:探讨SOX9、NM23基因在前列腺癌中的表达。方法选取16例前列腺癌患者与24例前列腺良性增生患者,取其病理组织采用实时荧光定量PCR测定其mRNA表达量。结果前列腺癌组患者NM23、SOX9 mRNA表达量与前列腺增生组患者比较明显更高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对NM23、SOX9 mRNA表达量进行测定可为前列腺癌临床诊断提供可靠依据。

목적:탐토SOX9、NM23기인재전렬선암중적표체。방법선취16례전렬선암환자여24례전렬선량성증생환자,취기병리조직채용실시형광정량PCR측정기mRNA표체량。결과전렬선암조환자NM23、SOX9 mRNA표체량여전렬선증생조환자비교명현경고,차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론통과대NM23、SOX9 mRNA표체량진행측정가위전렬선암림상진단제공가고의거。
Objective To investigate the expression of SOX9 and NM23 gene in prostate cancer.Methods 16 patients with prostate cancer and 24 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia, take the pathological tissue, the expression of mRNA was measured by real-time lfuorescence quantitative PCR.ResultsThe expression of SOX9 and mRNA NM23 in prostate cancer group was signiifcantly higher compared with that in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of SOX9 and mRNA NM23 can be measured, and it can provide reliable basis for clinical diagnosis of prostate cancer.
