目的：探讨胃病真菌感染患者中的病理诊断方法与效果。方法60例胃病患者都给予病理活检检测，包括冷冻切片检测与常规石蜡切片检测。结果60例患者经过冷冻切片病理诊断为胃良性疾病48例，诊断为胃癌12例；而常规石蜡切片病理诊断为胃良性疾病50例和胃癌10例，为此胃病真菌感染患者中的病理诊断的敏感性与特异性为96.0%和100.0%。结论胃病真菌感染患者中的冷冻切片病理具有简单快速等优势，同时诊断敏感性与特异性高。

목적：탐토위병진균감염환자중적병리진단방법여효과。방법60례위병환자도급여병리활검검측，포괄냉동절편검측여상규석사절편검측。결과60례환자경과냉동절편병리진단위위량성질병48례，진단위위암12례；이상규석사절편병리진단위위량성질병50례화위암10례，위차위병진균감염환자중적병리진단적민감성여특이성위96.0%화100.0%。결론위병진균감염환자중적냉동절편병리구유간단쾌속등우세，동시진단민감성여특이성고。
Objective To explore the pathological diagnosis method and effect in gastropathy patients with fungal infection.Methods 60 cases of gastropathy patients received stomach biopsy test, including frozen sections and paraffin section detection test.ResultsBy frozen section diagnosis, there were 48 cases of benign gastric diseases, 12 cases of gastric cancer, by paraffin sections diagnosis, there were 50 cases of benign gastric disease and 10 cases of gastric cancer. Thus the sensitivity and specificity of pathological diagnosis for fungal infection were 96.0% and 100.0%.Conclusion Frozen section pathological diagnosis for gastropathy fungal infections has advantages, with high diagnostic sensitivity and specificity, so it should be widely applied.
