目的:探讨彩超联合超声弹性成像诊断弥漫性甲状腺肿、桥本氏甲状腺炎临床应用价值。方法60例患者均接受彩超及超声弹性成像检查,指定具有专业知识及丰富经验的临床影像学检查医师完成相关操作。结果对60例患者临床资料分析可知,弥漫性甲状腺肿、桥本氏甲状腺炎患者甲状腺体积、血流分级、甲状腺回声等情况对比结果并无显著差异(P>0.05);但两种疾病患者低回声区分布、网格样强回声分隔、弹性分级情况对比具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论对疑似弥漫性甲状腺肿、桥本氏甲状腺炎患者给予彩超联合超声弹性成像检查可显著提高临床诊断正确率,有利于患者获得积极治疗保障其临床疗效。
目的:探討綵超聯閤超聲彈性成像診斷瀰漫性甲狀腺腫、橋本氏甲狀腺炎臨床應用價值。方法60例患者均接受綵超及超聲彈性成像檢查,指定具有專業知識及豐富經驗的臨床影像學檢查醫師完成相關操作。結果對60例患者臨床資料分析可知,瀰漫性甲狀腺腫、橋本氏甲狀腺炎患者甲狀腺體積、血流分級、甲狀腺迴聲等情況對比結果併無顯著差異(P>0.05);但兩種疾病患者低迴聲區分佈、網格樣彊迴聲分隔、彈性分級情況對比具有顯著差異(P<0.05)。結論對疑似瀰漫性甲狀腺腫、橋本氏甲狀腺炎患者給予綵超聯閤超聲彈性成像檢查可顯著提高臨床診斷正確率,有利于患者穫得積極治療保障其臨床療效。
목적:탐토채초연합초성탄성성상진단미만성갑상선종、교본씨갑상선염림상응용개치。방법60례환자균접수채초급초성탄성성상검사,지정구유전업지식급봉부경험적림상영상학검사의사완성상관조작。결과대60례환자림상자료분석가지,미만성갑상선종、교본씨갑상선염환자갑상선체적、혈류분급、갑상선회성등정황대비결과병무현저차이(P>0.05);단량충질병환자저회성구분포、망격양강회성분격、탄성분급정황대비구유현저차이(P<0.05)。결론대의사미만성갑상선종、교본씨갑상선염환자급여채초연합초성탄성성상검사가현저제고림상진단정학솔,유리우환자획득적겁치료보장기림상료효。
Objective Discussion diagnostic ultrasound combined with ultrasound elastography diffuse goiter, Hashimoto's thyroiditis clinical applications.Methods 60 patients underwent ultrasonography and ultrasound elastography examination, designated clinical imaging physicians with expertise and experience to complete the related operations. Results 60 cases of clinical data analysis, there was no signiifcant difference in diffuse goiter, Hashimoto's thyroiditis patients with thyroid volume, lfow grade, thyroid echo contrast to the situation results (P>0.05), but the two diseases hypoechoic area distribution grid-like hyperechoic separate elastic grading contrast to the situation with a significant difference (P<0.05). ConclusionSuspected diffuse goiter, Hashimoto's thyroiditis patients given combined with ultrasound elastography ultrasound examination can signiifcantly improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis, help patients get aggressive treatment to protect its clinical efifcacy.
