酒店是劳动密集型的企业,人力资源被视为酒店的战略性资源,酒店整体服务质量及经济效益、社会名誉的好坏与人力资源管理水平的高低息息相关。广州作为中国中心城市,随着酒店业的蓬勃发展,五星级酒店扎堆,有23家之多,人力资源竞争压力增大,人才的招聘和管理存在了很大挑战。本文整理了广州地区多家五星级酒店人力资源总监提出的人力资源管理凸显问题,并将从招聘渠道、管理模式、员工人性化管理及酒店文化品牌建设等方面提出相应的对策。

As labor-intensive industry, hotels take human resource as their strategic resource which is closely related to their overall ser-vice quality, economic benefits and social reputation. With a great developmentt of hotel industry, up to twenty-three five-star hotels are prospering in Guangzhou, a capital city of China. Therefore, the competition in human resources becomes more fierce, which brings a big-ger challenge in the talent recruitment and management. This paper firstly sorts out the problems in human resource management raised by several chief human resource officers of five-star hotels in Guangzhou. And it then gives relevant suggestions from the aspects of re-cruitment channels, management modes, human-based staff management and brand-building of hotel culture.
