目的 探讨p-PI3K/p-AKT蛋白在神经母细胞瘤(NB)中的表达及其与临床特点和生存预后的关系.方法 收集初治的、经病理证实的NB患者的临床资料和蜡块组织标本,采用免疫组化的方法检测NB组织中PI3 K/AKT蛋白的表达,并分析其对患者生存预后的影响.结果 65例NB患者纳入研究,中位年龄3岁,中位随访时间38.6个月.p-PI3K和p-AKT在NB中的阳性表达率分别为70.7%(46/65)和70.7%(46/65).p-PI3K高表达41 例(63.1%) ,p -AKT 高表达43 例(66.2%).p -PI3K 高表达与 p -AKT 高表达有关(P=0.021).p-PI3K和p-AKT的表达与NB患者的临床特点及生存情况无明显相关性.结论 PI3K/AKT信号通路在NB患者中广泛表达,可能会为靶向治疗提供依据.

Objective To investigate the expression of the p-PI3K/p-AKT protein and its correlations with clinical manifestations and prognosis in neuroblastoma (NB).Methods The clinical information and paraffin block of the tumor specimens of newly diagnosed,untreated patients with NB were collected.The expression of p-PI3K/p-AKT in tumors was detected by immunohistochemistry,and its effect on survival of NB patients was analyzed.Results A total of 65 patients with NB were enrolled,with a median age of 3 years and a median follow-up time of 38.6 months.The ex-pression rates of p-PI3K and p-AKT in NB patients were 70.7% (46/65) and 70.7% (41/65),respectively.And the high expression rates were 63.1%(41/65) and 66.2%(43/65),respectively.The expression level of the p-PI3K in NB was positively correlated with that of p-AKT (P=0.021).But the expression level of p-PI3K and p-AKT didn′t affect the overall survival and didn′t correlate with the clinical characteristics of the NB patients.Conclusion The PI3K/AKT signal pathway was extensively expressed in patients with NB,which may reveal a promising therapeutic target for NB patients.
