目的：探讨和分析临床生化检验过程中的质量控制措施。方法选取该院2012年11月—2014年11月参加血液检验的240例患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和试验组，各组120例。两组患者均采用常规检测方法进行检验，7d后对照组采取常规方式进行检验，试验组采取加强整体质量控制检验方式，对比两组患者总胆固醇变化状况。结果通过对比两次检验结果，试验组较对照组检验结果差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），组内对比显示，对照组前后两次检验差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），观察组前后两次检验结果差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论临床生化检验通过采取有效的质量控制措施，可以显著提高检验结果的准确性，为疾病的诊断提供科学的依据。
목적：탐토화분석림상생화검험과정중적질량공제조시。방법선취해원2012년11월—2014년11월삼가혈액검험적240례환자작위연구대상，수궤분위대조조화시험조，각조120례。량조환자균채용상규검측방법진행검험，7d후대조조채취상규방식진행검험，시험조채취가강정체질량공제검험방식，대비량조환자총담고순변화상황。결과통과대비량차검험결과，시험조교대조조검험결과차이유통계학의의（P<0.05），조내대비현시，대조조전후량차검험차이무통계학의의（P>0.05），관찰조전후량차검험결과차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론림상생화검험통과채취유효적질량공제조시，가이현저제고검험결과적준학성，위질병적진단제공과학적의거。
Objective To investigate and analyze the quality control measures in the process of clinical biochemistry test. Methods From November 2012 to November 2014, 240 patients with blood test were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 120 cases in each group. The two groups were treated by routine test, and the control group was treated by routine method in 7 days. The test group adopted the method of strengthening the overall quality control, and compared the total cholesterol in the two groups. Results Compared with the two test results, the test group was significantly different from the control group (P<0.05), the control group showed no significant difference (P>0.05), the observation group of two test results showed significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical biochemical test can improve the accura-cy of the test results by taking effective quality control measures, which can provide a scientific basis for the diagnosis of the disease.
