目的：探究针灸配合康复手法治疗小儿脑瘫疗效。方法90例小儿脑瘫患者均分为两组，对照组45例所采用治疗方法为常规治疗联合康复手法，观察组45例在对照组治疗基础上结合针灸方法，对比不同方法疗效。结果观察组有效率、治疗后MDI、PDI优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论小儿脑瘫患者用针灸配合康复手法治疗，应用效果显著。

목적：탐구침구배합강복수법치료소인뇌탄료효。방법90례소인뇌탄환자균분위량조，대조조45례소채용치료방법위상규치료연합강복수법，관찰조45례재대조조치료기출상결합침구방법，대비불동방법료효。결과관찰조유효솔、치료후MDI、PDI우우대조조，P＜0.05。결론소인뇌탄환자용침구배합강복수법치료，응용효과현저。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation operation for children with cerebral palsy. Methods 90 cases of children with cerebral palsy were divided into two groups, 45 cases in the control group were treated with conventional therapy combined with rehabilitation techniques, observation group of 45 cases in the control group treated with acupuncture method, compared with different methods.Results The observation group was signiifcantly better than the control group, the PDI and MDI were signiifcantly better than the control group,P<0.05.ConclusionThe treatment of children with cerebral palsy with acupuncture and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation, the effect is obvious.
