目的:以调查问卷形式分析某三甲医院住院医师医患沟通能力的现状,分析临床常见住院医师医患沟通中的问题,为促进医患沟通,构建和谐医患关系提出对策。方法2014年11—12月,采用问卷调查的方式,对乌鲁木齐市某三甲医院的150名管理床位的住院医师及由其管理的150名住院患者或家属进行调查。内容涉及对沟通重要性的认识、对沟通现状的评价、患者知情同意权行使情况等几个方面。数据采用SPSS 19.0进行统计分析。结果①想要从根本上解决医患的紧张关系,必须树立以患者为中心的服务理念,对医师加强医患沟通教育,进行医患沟通技巧培训。加强医患沟通制度落实,预防不良事件发生,并合理配置人力资源。②在调查问卷的其他条目下,医方和患方比较如医患沟通、医患互相认识、患者知情同意权均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论住院医师对自己医患沟通能力的评价与患者对其医患沟通能力的评价存在一定的差距。继续深入推进“以患者为中心”的沟通理念,确保患者知情权、选择权落到实处,继续加强医患沟通制度。

목적:이조사문권형식분석모삼갑의원주원의사의환구통능력적현상,분석림상상견주원의사의환구통중적문제,위촉진의환구통,구건화해의환관계제출대책。방법2014년11—12월,채용문권조사적방식,대오로목제시모삼갑의원적150명관리상위적주원의사급유기관리적150명주원환자혹가속진행조사。내용섭급대구통중요성적인식、대구통현상적평개、환자지정동의권행사정황등궤개방면。수거채용SPSS 19.0진행통계분석。결과①상요종근본상해결의환적긴장관계,필수수립이환자위중심적복무이념,대의사가강의환구통교육,진행의환구통기교배훈。가강의환구통제도락실,예방불량사건발생,병합리배치인력자원。②재조사문권적기타조목하,의방화환방비교여의환구통、의환호상인식、환자지정동의권균차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론주원의사대자기의환구통능력적평개여환자대기의환구통능력적평개존재일정적차거。계속심입추진“이환자위중심”적구통이념,학보환자지정권、선택권락도실처,계속가강의환구통제도。
Objective Analysis of the purpose of the questionnaire form of a hospital residency status of doctor-patient communication ability,analysis of common clinical residency patient communication problem, to promote doctor-patient communication, building a harmonious doctor-patient Relationship to propose a solution. Methods 11 to December 2014, using a questionnaire survey of a hospital in Urumqi management of 150-bed hospital and its physician management of 150 hospitalized patients or their families investigation, involving awareness of the importance of communication, to communicate the status quo evaluation, informed consent of patients to exercise and other aspects of the case. Data were analyzed using SPSS 19.0. Results ① To fundamentally solve the tension between doctors and patients, we must establish a patient cen-tered service concept, strengthening the communication between doctors and patients, doctors and patients to communicate skills training. Strengthen the communication between doctors and patients, prevent the occurrence of adverse events, and the rational allocation of human resources.②under other items of questionnaire survey, difference between hospitals and pa-tients such as communication between doctors and patients, doctors and patients know each other, informed consent right were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Resident doctors and patients evaluate their own ability to communicate with patients evaluated patient communication ability of certain gaps; continue to push the "patient-centered" concept of communication to ensure that the patient's right to know, the right to choose the letter, continue to strengthen the doctor-patient communication system.
