翻转课堂模式以其促进学生自主探究、提高学生交流合作与解决问题能力的特点迅速由美国传入中国并发展起来。职业院校紧跟普通高等教育的步伐，在微课制作、网络平台建设方面做出了许多努力。本文站在职校的视角上，分析了翻转课堂的特点，从政府、职校和教师三方面提出了翻转课堂模式在职业院校成功实施的关键。结合本校教改成果，系统设计了理实一体化课程教学中翻转课堂的实施方案，以期为我国各地职校实施翻转课堂实践提供借鉴。

Flipped Classroom Model has rapidly developed since it came to China from America as it can promote students' ability of in-dependent research, cooperation and problem-solving. Keep up with the pace of the common colleges and universities, vocational colleges has made a lot of efforts in the micro class production, and construction of network platform. At the angle of vocational colleges, this paper analyses characteristics of Flipped Classroom. And it proposes keys to the successful implementation of Flipped Classroom Mode in voca-tional colleges from three aspects of the government, the college and teachers. It puts forward a concrete implementation scheme, aiming to provide reference for the implementation of Flipped Classroom Model in Chinese vocational colleges.
