目的:分析上海市黄浦区新生儿出生特征、产妇生育特征、人口生育水平及变化趋势,为政府相关部门制定卫生策略和规划人口发展提供科学依据。方法对监测点收集的出生数据,统一用国际疾病分类(ICD-10)进行编码,并用Excel软件进行分析。结果2014年上海市黄浦区户籍人口总生育率45.67‰,总和生育率1.17‰,出生性别比105.37,区内非本市户籍新生儿出生性别比为121.2。2014年黄浦区户籍人口剖腹产率为52.04%,非本市户籍人口剖腹产率为45.81%。结论上海市黄浦区户籍人口生育水平偏低,剖腹产率超过警戒水平,非本市户籍新生儿性别比失衡,出生缺陷发生率高。

목적:분석상해시황포구신생인출생특정、산부생육특정、인구생육수평급변화추세,위정부상관부문제정위생책략화규화인구발전제공과학의거。방법대감측점수집적출생수거,통일용국제질병분류(ICD-10)진행편마,병용Excel연건진행분석。결과2014년상해시황포구호적인구총생육솔45.67‰,총화생육솔1.17‰,출생성별비105.37,구내비본시호적신생인출생성별비위121.2。2014년황포구호적인구부복산솔위52.04%,비본시호적인구부복산솔위45.81%。결론상해시황포구호적인구생육수평편저,부복산솔초과경계수평,비본시호적신생인성별비실형,출생결함발생솔고。
Objective To analyze the characteristics of birth of new-born infants and fertility of maternal women. To analyze fertility rate and its change of tendency to provide evidence for government to formulate health strategy and population de-velopment plan. Methods Coding birth data collected from surveillance spots with International Classification of Diseases-10 (ICD-10) and analyzing with Excel software.Results The fertility rate of native population was 45.67‰ in Huangpu Dis-trict, Shanghai in 2014. The total fertility rate was 1.17‰. The sex ratio at birth was 105.37 among native population and 121.2 among non-native population. The cesarean section rate was 52.04% among native population and 45.81% among non-native population in 2014. Conclusion Among native population in Huangpu District, the fertility rate was relatively low, and the cesarean section rate had risen above an alarming level. Among non-native population, the sex ratio at birth was out of balance and birth defect rate was high.
