目的：观察探讨中西医结合急诊在治疗睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的临床效果。方法收集睡眠呼吸暂停综合征共60例予以正压通气的同时给予常规的中医活血化瘀药物口服。结果治疗后，总有效率为91.7%，治疗后的SaO2比治疗前显著升高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；通气时间缩短明显，差异显著（P＜0.05）；呼吸紊乱指数较治疗前也降低明显（P＜0.05）。结论中西医结合急诊治疗睡眠呼吸暂停综合征能有效改善患者症状，各项睡眠监测指标都有明显改善。

목적：관찰탐토중서의결합급진재치료수면호흡잠정종합정적림상효과。방법수집수면호흡잠정종합정공60례여이정압통기적동시급여상규적중의활혈화어약물구복。결과치료후，총유효솔위91.7%，치료후적SaO2비치료전현저승고，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；통기시간축단명현，차이현저（P＜0.05）；호흡문란지수교치료전야강저명현（P＜0.05）。결론중서의결합급진치료수면호흡잠정종합정능유효개선환자증상，각항수면감측지표도유명현개선。
Objective To study the Integrated western and Chinese medicine emergency in the treatment of sleep apnea syndrome clinical results.Methods60 cases of patients with sleep apnea syndrome were treated with conventional positive pressure ventilation Traditional Chinese Medicine pharmaceutical oral blood circulation.Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 91.7%, SaO2 increased significantly after treatment than before treatment, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05), ventilation time was signiifcantly shortened, signiifcant difference (P <0.05), compared with the treatment of respiratory disturbance index the former also significantly lower (P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated western and Chinese medicine emergency treatment of sleep apnea syndrome can effectively improve the patient's symptoms, the sleep monitoring indicators have improved signiifcantly, more clinical attention.
