目的：分析早期糖尿病肾病患者采用肾康注射液给予临床治疗的效果。方法将我院2013年5月～2015年5月收治的102例早期糖尿病肾病患者分成观察组与对照组，对照组给予常规临床治疗，观察组在对照组治疗基础上采用肾康注射液给予临床治疗，对比两组患者临床指标改善情况与治疗总有效率。结果经治疗后，观察组24 h尿蛋白定量、Cr、BUN、血糖等参数改善情况优于对照组，组间数据对比差异明显（P＜0.05）；观察组、对照组治疗总有效率分别为90.19%、72.54%，观察组总有效率较高，组间数据对比差异明显（P＜0.05）。结论早期糖尿病肾病患者采用肾康注射液给予临床治疗获得较为明显的效果，可有效改善患者临床指标，提高治疗效果。
목적：분석조기당뇨병신병환자채용신강주사액급여림상치료적효과。방법장아원2013년5월～2015년5월수치적102례조기당뇨병신병환자분성관찰조여대조조，대조조급여상규림상치료，관찰조재대조조치료기출상채용신강주사액급여림상치료，대비량조환자림상지표개선정황여치료총유효솔。결과경치료후，관찰조24 h뇨단백정량、Cr、BUN、혈당등삼수개선정황우우대조조，조간수거대비차이명현（P＜0.05）；관찰조、대조조치료총유효솔분별위90.19%、72.54%，관찰조총유효솔교고，조간수거대비차이명현（P＜0.05）。결론조기당뇨병신병환자채용신강주사액급여림상치료획득교위명현적효과，가유효개선환자림상지표，제고치료효과。
Objective To analysis the early diabetic nephropathy patients with renal injection for clinical treatment effect.Methods From May 2013 to May 2015 treated 102 cases of early diabetic nephropathy patients were divided into observation group and control group, control group given routine clinical treatment, the observation group was treated in the control group on the basis of the renal injection for clinical treatment, compared two groups of patients with clinical improvement and the total effective rate of therapy.Results After treatment, the observation group of 24 h urine protein quantitative parameters such as, Cr, BUN, blood sugar improvement was better than control group, there was data contrast differences between groups (P<0.05). Observation group, control group total effective rate were 90.19%, 72.54%, observation group total effective rate is higher, data contrast differences between group signiifcantly (P<0.05). Conclusion In patients with early diabetic nephropathy with renal injection more obvious effect for clinical treatment, can effectively improve patient clinical indicators, improve the treatment effect.
