目的:研究分析采用自动腹膜透析治疗成功救治尿毒症合并脑出血临床效果。方法选择2014年1月~2015年1月在我院进行治疗的5例尿毒症合并脑出血患者为研究对象,采用回顾性分析法观察分析所选患者的临床资料,给予本组患者均采用自动腹膜透析进行临床治疗,观察分析患者的治疗效果和预后情况。结果本组患者均得成功救治,未出现死亡病例,日脱水量大于2000 ml,无酸中毒现象,采用APD治疗时间范围为5~17天,其中完全康复者4例,好转后转院者1例。结论自动腹膜透析治疗具有透析便捷,操作简单,指标可调等显著优势,在维持患者的水和电解质平衡的基础上,能偶有效的降低患者的尿毒症毒素,改善患者的治疗预后。

목적:연구분석채용자동복막투석치료성공구치뇨독증합병뇌출혈림상효과。방법선택2014년1월~2015년1월재아원진행치료적5례뇨독증합병뇌출혈환자위연구대상,채용회고성분석법관찰분석소선환자적림상자료,급여본조환자균채용자동복막투석진행림상치료,관찰분석환자적치료효과화예후정황。결과본조환자균득성공구치,미출현사망병례,일탈수량대우2000 ml,무산중독현상,채용APD치료시간범위위5~17천,기중완전강복자4례,호전후전원자1례。결론자동복막투석치료구유투석편첩,조작간단,지표가조등현저우세,재유지환자적수화전해질평형적기출상,능우유효적강저환자적뇨독증독소,개선환자적치료예후。
Objective To study and analysis the effective result in using automatic peritoneal dialysis to cure uremia combined cerebral hemorrhage. MethodsChoose 5 patients with uremia combined cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 treated in during the period of uremia merge bleeding in the brain as the research object, using the method of retrospective observation analysis the clinical data of the selected patients, to give the patients adopt automatic peritoneal dialysis for clinical treatment, observing and analyzing the treatment effect and prognosis of patients.Results All patients with no deaths occurred, day off water is greater than 2 000 ml, no acidosis phenomenon, the APD treatment time range is 5 days to 17 days, all patients were successfully treated, among them 4 cases were completely survivors, improved after transfer in 1 case. Conclusion Automatic peritoneal dialysis treatment with dialysis is convenient, simple operation, adjustable indicators and other signiifcant advantages, in the maintenance of water and electrolyte balance in patients on the basis of, can effectively reduce in patients with uremia toxin, improving the prognosis of patient care.
