高校辅导员践行社会主义核心价值观，可以形象化地借鉴七色光原理，树立红色的政治意识、橙色的风险意识、黄色的历史意识、绿色的生态意识、青色的职业意识、蓝色的文化意识和紫色的创新意识。“七色”意识构成辅导员职业追求的基础、底线、根源、责任、原则、风格和动力，从层次上、系统上、内容上建构起辅导员践行社会主义核心价值观的自我“阳光”认可体系。

In practicing the core socialist values ,college advisors should consider the seven -color -light theory and develop red political awareness ,orange risk awareness ,yellow historical sense ,green ecological consciousness ,blue professional consciousness ,indigo cultural aw areness and violet innova‐tive consciousness .The"seven-color"awareness is the foundation for advisors'professional pursuit ;it is the bottom line ,the origin ,the duty ,the principle ,the style and the motivation .Together the different color senses constitute a self "sunlight"accreditation system for advisors'practice of the core socialist values .
