目的：初步评定输尿管结石行经输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗的效果。方法纳入我院泌尿外科2013年3月～2015年5月输尿管结石患者100例，随机分组。开放组患者术式为开放术；微创组患者术式为经输尿管镜钬激光碎石术，对比干预结果。结果两组患者单次碎石成功率、术后复发率相似，P＞0.05。微创组患者手术操作时间、住院观察天数短于开放组，术后并发症少于开放组，P＜0.05。结论输尿管结石行经输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗的效果显著。

목적：초보평정수뇨관결석행경수뇨관경화격광쇄석술치료적효과。방법납입아원비뇨외과2013년3월～2015년5월수뇨관결석환자100례，수궤분조。개방조환자술식위개방술；미창조환자술식위경수뇨관경화격광쇄석술，대비간예결과。결과량조환자단차쇄석성공솔、술후복발솔상사，P＞0.05。미창조환자수술조작시간、주원관찰천수단우개방조，술후병발증소우개방조，P＜0.05。결론수뇨관결석행경수뇨관경화격광쇄석술치료적효과현저。
Objective To evaluate the effect of the treatment of ureteral calculi with holmium laser lithotripsy.Methods 100 patients with ureteral calculi in our hospital department of Urology from March 2013 to May 2015 were randomly divided into groups. Open group operation is open to open operation, minimally invasive group of patients with holmium laser lithotripsy, compared with the results of intervention.Results Two groups of patients with single lithotripsy success rate, postoperative recurrence rate was similar,P>0.05. The operation time and the length of hospital stay were signiifcantly shorter in the minimally invasive group, and the postoperative complications were signiifcantly less than that of the open group,P<0.05. ConclusionThe treatment of ureteral calculi with holmium laser lithotripsy is signiifcant, and is worthy of promotion.
