目的：探讨泪小管断裂吻合术改良方法的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2010年7月～2014年10月收治的泪小管断裂45例患者，显微镜直视下，找到泪小管鼻侧断端，通过泪道逆行置管方式，置入泪道引流管，放置引流管2～3 Mo,拔管后6个月～3年随访观察疗效。结果泪小管鼻侧断端的寻找方法，配合泪道逆行置管及泪道引流管的应用，使改良泪小管断裂吻合术有效率达98%。结论改良泪小管断裂吻合术，经济，成功率高。
목적：탐토루소관단렬문합술개량방법적림상료효。방법회고성분석아원2010년7월～2014년10월수치적루소관단렬45례환자，현미경직시하，조도루소관비측단단，통과루도역행치관방식，치입루도인류관，방치인류관2～3 Mo,발관후6개월～3년수방관찰료효。결과루소관비측단단적심조방법，배합루도역행치관급루도인류관적응용，사개량루소관단렬문합술유효솔체98%。결론개량루소관단렬문합술，경제，성공솔고。
Objective To study the tears tubular fracture anastomosis clinical curative effect of improved method.Methods Retrospective analysis of from July 2010 to October 2014 were tears tubular fracture 45 patients, under the microscope to look straight, found tears tubular nasal side end, through careful way, lacrimal duct retrograde placement of lacrimal duct drainage tube, placed drainage tube 2 ~ 3 mo, extubation after 6 months to 3 years follow-up observation curative effect. Results Tears tubular nasal side break the methods for matching of lacrimal duct retrograde catheter and applications of lacrimal duct drainage tube, small tube rupture of improved tear anastomosis 98% efifcient.Conclusion The improved anastomosis of lacrimal tube rupture, this paper reports the economy, the success rate is high.
