目的：观察应用股骨近端锁定钛板治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的手术疗效及并发症发生情况。方法2010年10月～2014年5月采用股骨近端锁定钢板治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折37例，对手术疗效及并发症情况进行评价分析。结果所有患者随访8～24个月，平均14.9个月。按董纪元疗效评分，优23例。良10例，可4例。优良率89.2％。均无骨折延迟愈合及不愈合。无感染及内固定失败等并发症。结论股骨近端锁定加压钛板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折固定可靠、创伤小、疗效满意、并发症少。
목적：관찰응용고골근단쇄정태판치료노년고골조륭간골절적수술료효급병발증발생정황。방법2010년10월～2014년5월채용고골근단쇄정강판치료노년고골조륭간골절37례，대수술료효급병발증정황진행평개분석。결과소유환자수방8～24개월，평균14.9개월。안동기원료효평분，우23례。량10례，가4례。우량솔89.2％。균무골절연지유합급불유합。무감염급내고정실패등병발증。결론고골근단쇄정가압태판치료고골조륭간골절고정가고、창상소、료효만의、병발증소。
Objective To observe the clinical effect and complications of the treatment of Femoral intertrochanteric fractures in elderly patients with Locking compression plate.Methods From October 2010 to May 2014, 37 cases of intertrochanteric fracture were treated with the Locking compression plate, and the clinical efficacy and complications were evaluated.Results All the patients were followed up for 24 to 8 months, with an average of 14.9 months. According to Dong Jiyuan efficacy score, Result: excellent in 23 cases. Good in 10 cases, 4 cases. Excellent rate 89.2%. No delayed union and nonunion of fracture. No infection and internal fixation failure and other complications.ConclusionThe locking compression plate of proximal femur in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture has the advantages of reliable ifxation, satisfactory effect, less trauma, less complications, etc.
