目的：探讨现代的护理在分泌性中耳炎患者的围术期听力护理中的临床效果。方法将100例分泌性中耳炎患者随机分为观察组50例和对照组50例，观察组采取现代的护理措施，对照组则采取常规的护理措施，比较这两组患者术后的听力重建效果以及护理的满意度。结果观察组听力重建的有效率（96%）优于对照组（90%），护理的满意度观察组（96%）优于对照组（84%），差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论针对分泌性中耳炎患者在围术期的听力护理，采取现代护理措施，可提高手术的效果以及护理的满意度。

목적：탐토현대적호리재분비성중이염환자적위술기은력호리중적림상효과。방법장100례분비성중이염환자수궤분위관찰조50례화대조조50례，관찰조채취현대적호리조시，대조조칙채취상규적호리조시，비교저량조환자술후적은력중건효과이급호리적만의도。결과관찰조은력중건적유효솔（96%）우우대조조（90%），호리적만의도관찰조（96%）우우대조조（84%），차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론침대분비성중이염환자재위술기적은력호리，채취현대호리조시，가제고수술적효과이급호리적만의도。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the modern nursing in the perioperative nursing of patients with secretory otitis media. Methods100 cases with secretory otitis media were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the observation group, 50 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with modern nursing measures, and the control group taken routine nursing.ResultsIn the observation group hearing reconstruction efifciency(96%) was observably highly than that of the control group(90%), the observation group (96%) was observably highly than that of the control group(84%), and the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing care of patients with secretory otitis media in perioperative period of modern nursing measures, can observably improve the operation effect and nursing satisfaction.
