The Advisors'Professional Growth Community is a learning and practice group meant to promote the members'professional development and achieve knowledge sharing and professional com‐munication through dialogues ,exchanges ,discussions and cooperation on an equal basis .It is an im‐portant platform w hich meets the internal needs of advisors'occupational development and professional growth and the spiritual needs of advidors as individuals .For the Community to function well ,advi‐sors must change ideas and colleges and universities must provide guarantee in terms of environment , resources ,institution and culture .
